Our online veterinary consultation services enable you to get fast, quality veterinary advice on your dog's or cat's health. 

These consultations allow us to answer your questions, discuss your concerns, explore possible diagnoses and receive treatment recommendations tailored to the situation, including prescriptions if necessary. 
During the appointment booking process, automatic keyword sorting will determine whether a virtual consultation is appropriate and/or whether an in-person visit to a veterinarian is necessary. In this way, we ensure that we provide a service that really meets your needs.

A link will then be sent to you by e-mail to proceed with the virtual consultation.

Please note that the online consultation is intended for animals with non-urgent conditions.

$85.00 CAD + TX

Diagnostic tests and home visits by animal health technicians

After an online consultation, certain diagnostic tests may be recommended by one of our veterinarians. If you live in the greater Montreal area, Neovet offers a home service to collect the necessary samples. 

Samples will then be sent to the laboratory, and the veterinarian will contact you by telephone to discuss and establish an appropriate treatment plan.
These tests can also be carried out by one of our partner clinicsanywhere in Quebec.
