Dr. Luis-Manuel Vacaflor is a passionate veterinarian, who graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Université de Montréal. A native of Montreal and from a Quebec-Argentine family, he brings a rich culture and open-mindedness to his work.
His passion for travel has enabled him to learn several languages. In addition to French, he speaks English, Italian and Spanish. The different situations and accessibility of veterinary medicine encountered during his travels inspired him to co-found Neovet.
Luis-Manuel's passions include internal medicine, ultrasound and surgery. His practice is distinguished by its meticulous approach and attention to detail. His customers describe him as a conscientious and dedicated veterinarian who never hesitates to exceed expectations in order to provide the best care for his patients.
Outside his professional activities, Luis-Manuel enjoys tennis, traveling and long-distance hiking. He shares his passion for forest walks with his beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Nova.
Originally from the magnificent Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, Dr. Florence Deschênes has made her way into the world of veterinary medicine by obtaining her doctorate from the Université de Montréal in 2018. Knowing full well the concern that the lack of veterinarians in the region can cause pet owners, this is what inspired her to co-found Neovet.
Florence stands out for her passion for complex cases and her expertise in a variety of areas of veterinary medicine. Internal medicine, dentistry and surgery are among her preferred fields. Her clients describe her as an empathetic, patient veterinarian who puts the animal's well-being first.
Outside work, Florence loves running, cooking and photography. Her favorite models are her dog Nova and her 2 cats Dorothée and Boudy.
Florence is also actively involved in projects to combat animal overpopulation, spaying and neutering stray dogs and cats.
A 2019 graduate of Collège Lionel Groulx's animal health technique program, Camylle has quickly emerged as a leading professional in her field.
Focusing on blood sampling and the technical procedures needed to ensure the well-being of your four-legged friends, she demonstrates exceptional precision and dedication.
Outside of work, Camylle is passionate about fashion, film and music. She has a particular affection for felines. With five cats and one dog at home, Camylle knows better than anyone the importance of providing them with the loving care they need to live long, healthy lives.
Animals have always been a very important part of Ariane's life since she was a little girl. Her many years of volunteer work in a shelter and her role as a foster family for numerous cats over the years demonstrate this love of animals.
In 2021, she officially entered the veterinary world as an assistant animal health technician.
Ariane has two sons, aged 4 and 7, and three pets: Bagheera, Baloo and Mr. Gruau, whose name was carefully chosen by her children. Outside work, she is passionatel about working in her garden, builds Lego worlds and is the official sitter of several of her family and friends' dogs.
