Dr. Luis-Manuel Vacaflor is a passionate veterinarian, who graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Université de Montréal. A native of Montreal and from a Quebec-Argentine family, he brings a rich culture and open-mindedness to his work.
His passion for travel has enabled him to learn several languages. In addition to French, he speaks English, Italian and Spanish. The different situations and accessibility of veterinary medicine encountered during his travels inspired him to co-found Neovet.
Luis-Manuel's passions include internal medicine, ultrasound and surgery. His practice is distinguished by its meticulous approach and attention to detail. His customers describe him as a conscientious and dedicated veterinarian who never hesitates to exceed expectations in order to provide the best care for his patients.
Outside his professional activities, Luis-Manuel enjoys tennis, traveling and long-distance hiking. He shares his passion for forest walks with his beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Nova.

Originally from the magnificent Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, Dr. Florence Deschênes has made her way into the world of veterinary medicine by obtaining her doctorate from the Université de Montréal in 2018. Knowing full well the concern that the lack of veterinarians in the region can cause pet owners, this is what inspired her to co-found Neovet.
Florence stands out for her passion for complex cases and her expertise in a variety of areas of veterinary medicine. Internal medicine, dentistry and surgery are among her preferred fields. Her clients describe her as an empathetic, patient veterinarian who puts the animal's well-being first.
Outside work, Florence loves running, cooking and photography. Her favorite models are her dog Nova and her 2 cats Dorothée and Boudy.
Florence is also actively involved in projects to combat animal overpopulation, spaying and neutering stray dogs and cats.

Born in Montreal to a family originally from the Gaspé Peninsula and New Brunswick, Dr. Kim Langlois Levesque completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2012, followed by an internship in companion animal medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey the following year. She then devoted much of her career to emergency care for companion animals, while developing valuable expertise in exotic animal medicine.
Known for her empathy, gentleness, perseverance and medical rigor, she joins the Neovet team with a mission to improve access to veterinary care for pets across Quebec, whether furry, scaly or feathered. Her emergency center experience, combined with her passion for exotic animal medicine, is a major asset to the clinic.
Outside her practice, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and two little boys. She also loves running and the outdoors, cooking, gardening and travelling. She also shares her daily life with her cat, Tofu.

After studying biology at Laval University, Sarah obtained her veterinary medicine degree from the University of Montreal in 2022. Since then, she has mainly worked with small animals in remote areas, particularly in the Gaspé Peninsula. Sarah loves simplicity and authenticity. She strives to practice with an open mind. Her mission is to provide access to veterinary care for as many animals as possible! This mission aligns well with the values of Neovet, a team that Sarah is very happy to be a part of. Feel free to share your concerns, expectations, and constraints with her so that she can find a solution tailored to your reality and needs.
Outside of work, Sarah and her faithful companion Forrest spend their time breathing in the salty Gaspé air, whether on foot, cross-country skiing, cycling, or swimming in the St. Lawrence River.

After graduating from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2018, Dr. Babin Leblanc completed a general internship at the Laval Veterinary Center before practicing in veterinary clinics in Montreal. He joined the Neovet team in October 2025, motivated by a desire to practice humane and diverse veterinary medicine.
He chose this profession because of his love for animals and the richness of its daily challenges. During telemedicine consultations, you may see Lucette, his cat and home assistant, always ready to supervise the exchanges.

Having dreamed of becoming a veterinarian since childhood, Dr. Myriam Gariépy graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal in 2018. Originally from the beautiful city of Quebec City, she decided to join Neovet in order to offer quality veterinary services throughout the province, especially in areas where access to care is difficult. Passionate about medicine and animal welfare, Myriam is an empathetic veterinarian who is attentive and devoted to her patients.
In her spare time, Myriam enjoys rock climbing, hiking, running, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing, and loves spending time with her family, especially her little boy, and her friends.

A 2019 graduate of Collège Lionel Groulx's animal health technique program, Camylle has quickly emerged as a leading professional in her field.
Focusing on blood sampling and the technical procedures needed to ensure the well-being of your four-legged friends, she demonstrates exceptional precision and dedication.
Outside of work, Camylle is passionate about fashion, film and music. She has a particular affection for felines. With five cats and one dog at home, Camylle knows better than anyone the importance of providing them with the loving care they need to live long, healthy lives.

Karine obtained her diploma in animal health technology in 2004.During her career, she has worked in general veterinary clinics as well as clinics specializing in veterinary ophthalmology. She has treated and handled various species, in addition to dogs and cats, such as rabbits, small rodents, and pigs. She also studied accounting and finance at university from 2019 to 2021.
Karine is a technician who is very focused on patient comfort. It is very important to her to reduce stress for animals and to treat them gently and calmly. She is efficient, always seeks to help her colleagues, and never compromises on the quality of care.
Outside of work, Karine often looks up at the sky in search of birds. She combines two hobbies: ornithology and bird photography (or any other animal that crosses her path). She also enjoys long hikes and salmon fishing.

With a degree in marketing and management from Concordia University, Gabriela Vacaflor plays a key role in Neovet's development. As Marketing Director, she is responsible for internal coordination, managing social networks and developing strategies to raise the clinic's profile. She also oversees the organization of events and the development of partnerships.
Passionate about animals, she shares her daily life with her two cats, Minnie and Pookie, who benefit from the attentive care of the Neovet team.
