If diagnostic tests are required after a virtual consultation, perform them with a technician in one of our partner clinics, without the need for an additional appointment with a veterinarian.
If diagnostic tests are required, consult a technician directly at one of our partner clinics. In this case, only the cost of the tests will be billed to you by the veterinary clinic.
The results will then be communicated to you by Neovet's veterinarians. A fee of $50 will be charged for this interpretation and follow-up service.
If necessary, we can refer you to a partner clinic to determine whether an in-person veterinary appointment is possible. Our partnerships enable us to preserve the integrity of the medical file with the family vet, guaranteeing optimal, consistent follow-up for each animal.
