Neovet's regional services!

In an article published on June 6, 2025, the newspaper Le Lac-St-Jean emphasized the importance of our mission toimprove access to veterinary care in remote regions, where resources are more limited.

Since the pandemic, the sharp increase in pet adoptions has far outstripped the capacity of available veterinarians to meet demand. As a result, some clinics are now refusing new clients, and even owners with an active file are struggling to get an appointment.

Our platform enables pet owners - even those several hours' drive from a clinic - to consult a vet quickly, obtain advice, a diagnosis or prescriptions through a simple process (photos, videos, triage). Rather than letting people rely on approximate information found on the Internet, we can answer their questions reliably and play an educational role.

The article highlights our concrete impact in regions like Lac-Saint-Jean, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie and even northern New Brunswick, where veterinarians are scarce. Our approach aims to relieve congestion in physical clinics, while collaborating with them, for better overall access to animal care and therefore a better quality of life for your pets.
